1947 (Showa 22)
Established "Terada Kogyo Co., Ltd." with capital of 1,500,000 yen. Headquarters in Minato-ku, Tokyo and factory in Koto-ku.
1948 (Showa 23)
Changed the trade name to "Terada Kogyo Co., Ltd."
1950 (Showa 25)
Increased capital to 2,500,000 yen.
1955 (Showa 30)
Received Japanese Industrial Standards (JIS). Increased capital to 3,750,000 yen.
1957 (Showa 32)
Completed creation of "Teradite®" by developing epoxy resin. Increased capital to 7,500,000 yen.
1960 (Showa 35)
Increased capital to 15,000,000 yen.
1963 (Showa 38)
Completed MP tape (insulated shield tape). Obtained a patent and established a new MP tape manufacturing factory in Koto Ward.
1966 (Showa 41)
The head office building will be newly established in Minato-ku, Tokyo.
1968 (Showa 43)
Increased capital to 20,000,000 yen.
1970 (Showa 45)
Increased capital to 25,000,000 yen.
1977 (Showa 52)
Opened Kita Kanto Sales Office in Isesaki City, Gunma Prefecture.

The Ibaraki Plant will be built in Joso City, Ibaraki Prefecture (formerly Mizukaido City). Increased capital to 35,000,000 yen.

Relocated the Tokyo factory to the Ibaraki factory. Named factory "Tsukuba Factory".
1990 (Heisei 2)
The new head office building is completed.
1993 (Heisei 5)
Changed the trade name to "Terada Co., Ltd." October Niigata Sales Office opened.
1994 (Heisei 6)
Opened a distribution center in Koto Ward.
2000 (Heisei 12)
Founder Kazuo Terada passed away. Koichi Terada becomes President. A new system begins.
2001 (Heisei 13)
Introduced company-wide LAN system.
2003 (Heisei 15)
Obtained ISO9001 (2000) certification.

The Niigata Sales Office was abolished and integrated into the Kita-Kantou Sales Office.
2004 (Heisei 16)
Focus on capital investment in the Tsukuba plant. Realized the introduction of state-of-the-art equipment.

Changed capital to 100,000,000 yen (reduction of capital).

Moved and integrated the distribution center in Koto Ward to the distribution center in the Tsukuba factory.

Obtained recertification of ISO9001 and ISO14001 in the 2015 version.
